CHL BDS has formed a joint venture with local developer to launch an affordable housing project called 'Pooja Heaven' near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. There are 56 two-bedroom apartments in stage 1 and 132 three-bedroom apartments in stage 2. The structure of the twin towers of stage one is now complete. The brickwork, plumbing, electrical and infrastructure for the lift are currently being constructed.

This project is located in an area with good transportation links, shopping centers, educational establishments, and hospitals within a 4-kilometer radius. We have seen good demand for the properties, and as of July 30, 2022, 32 of the 56 apartments have been sold.
