The Government of India has introduced several policies and initiatives to promote affordable housing. CHL BDS has become highly skilled and knowledgeable in these policies and regulations, particularly the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). As a builder, we ensure our projects meet the Government of India's criteria.

CHL BDS has access to banking and other financial institutions for financing affordable housing projects. CHL BDS can help potential buyers get the documentation to apply for a mortgage from financial institutions.

Affordable housing projects require well-located plots of land, and CHL BDS has access to suitable land parcels that are affordable and accessible to buyers. CHL BDS works with landowners to prepare viable business cases for affordable housing projects.
